I wanted to thank you for such a pleasant visit to the dentist last week. Your office staff and assistants helped me in a surprisingly timely manner, and very friendly. I also appreciated that you took the time to ask and answer questions.However, mostly I'm grateful for the lack of presumptions comments from you. For instance "your teeth are croocked. You must not have worn your retainers!". You didn't preach at all and made the visit comfortable.

You were able to put me at ease about interrupting your weekend and being late, too. Your professional skills, kindness and caring have always impressed me, and mean even more when special circumstances arise. Dr. Quan is a very patient and pedant (in a positive meaning of that word) dentist. She is knowledgable and up to date with dental practices.
The atmosphere in the office is relaxing and the staff is always extremely polite and children friendly. The office is very clean and spatious.
I would highly recomment her. I have been her patient for last four years and I would rather drive extra eighty miles than finding another dentist closer to my home.
